Dave is right. I have 1 PSA 8 Ruth and 3 PSA 7 Ruths. I could crack out the 8 flip, seal it with one of the PSA 7 cards and sell it as an 8. Then I regrade the 8, get a new flip and continue the process. Lots of room for larceny here. |
