PSA to SGC Crossover Question

Happy to help. One caveat (which doesn't impact the case above) - SGC will not accept a minimum grade requirement ABOVE the current grade. e.g. a minimum grade of an SGC 80 on a PSA 4. (I'm not sure why they don't since they're making the grading fee either way, but that's the rule).
