Whoever originally came up with the idea requiring bidders to have bid on a lot in order to bid on a lot during its extended bidding period is a pure genius of capitalism. Look at how many of us have bid on auctions we have some interest on just so we don't get shut out at the end. Which of course drives up the price and pumps up the demand (wow, this lot has a lot of interest). Pure evil genius. |
