What Do You Do When A Card Has Been Lost In The Mail?

Addie- hate to be the bearer of bad news, but it's my understanding that any transaction paid via paypal MUST included delivery confirmation (or signature confirmation if over $200) or they will take the money back from you in the event of a dispute. And I believe that shipping to a different address or an unconfirmed address will cause a dispute to be settled against you as well, although I've heard there were some changes in that in the last week.
