Agree with most responses here. About a year and a half ago a small group (12-16 cards) of D380's surfaced on eBay. They were all 1s, with varying degrees of back damage, paper loss, tape stains, and creasing. The worst of them fetched about $800 each, while the "best" went for about $2,600 each. They all went to one buyer (who, by the way, could also be considered one of the "Whales"). That should make 3s about $4K each. It'll be interesting to see how the large group in REA does, especially those awesome major league subjects. I suspect there will be multiple board members bidding on them. I know they're way out of my price range. |
