Then all of the cards that are cut should have a numeric grade and the qualifier of "Handcut"....then I would be ok with it. I have seen PSA do it on some cards and I applaud it. No way should a cut strip card get a straight numeric grade. That diminishes the other non-strip cards numeric grades imo.. regards |
