From what I understand, and correct me if I am wrong, that is standard FBI procedure.<br />And I still don't understand how you claim the FBI approves publication of a book. This is still the United States of America with a Constitution. FBI approval, possibly with the exception of quotes from the agents, is not necessary in this country.
