SGC Grading Submission Question

Bob you can cross the card over for $35 if you value it at $3500. I misunderstood you and thought you said $5500 which would be a $50 value. And for the board YES you can cross over ANY card regardless of value you just need to pay the appropriate tier price for the card (if valued over $500).
