Has anyone ever custom-framed their graded cards?

actually, if you are interested, there is a company on Ebay that makes what are called Pennozzi cases. They are cases that will hold graded cards and have a plexiglass front that opens up so you can put your cards in the case. I have one that holds my t 207 graded Cubs cards and one that will hold 30 graded yankee e121 cards. They come in black or cherry wood and look awesome.
