Sorry for the delayed response - I have updated the link to the xls spreadsheet...if you need it converted, lmk.

In response to the questions:
Paul - I meant that the remaining 12 cards are found with both the green and blue backs.

Ali- Have a look at the checklist from my post and see if that doesn't answer your question. Some cards are available with both color ink for the same year.
