I found an Obak Coupon in a box of items I got from my grandfather. Our these collectible? Do they have any value?

The obak coupons are very collectible. My swag guess on value on that one is $25-$50 in that condition...I bought a very nice one years ago for about $75......Coupons are neat ancillary items to our cards...regards

Leon is right on target. Coupons are very collectible and I would guess yours to be worth about $40 in that condition. I sold a very nice one a few months back for $85.

I have noticed two different styles of the Obak coupons. Possibly a difference in the year of issue (although the offer expiration date is the same on both)? Here's a pic of mine, notice the difference in the design of the graphics in the corners:
