graded card situations....he'd be the first to agree. I do, however, have some empathy for ANYONE who loses their job. I've always thought that was just the best way to be human and humane about life. But.......then again......some of us don't have tenure to fall back on. I'm sure Jim will be fine as will David and sooner or later all the vitriol here will stop spewing.....take a day or two off from a thread and geez......
