Thank you for bringing this auction to our attention. As Glyn mentioned, we have stopped grading the Fleer Legacy Pujols as well as other autographed cards which have been shown to be of questionable authenticity. This has been our policy for the past several months since we became aware of the issue. We were able to reject several of these at the 2008 National Convention to prevent more from getting into our holders. Luckily, there are only a few SGC graded examples out there, but we do know who submitted the cards and have provided their name to the authorities for investigation. |
