I agree with Brian and his pricing, if it grades, it will probably be a 10, which makes it a good buy. If it grades an A, it was still a fair buy. I also had my eye on it, but couldn't get myself to think about taking a chance. It just looks too thin to me, but I wish the buyer well. |
