I HAVE SEEN DOZENS OF CARDS LIKE THIS, CUSTOMERS WILL SEND TO MY BUSINESS TO REMOVE THIS TAPE, WHAT YOU HAVE IS TAPE RESIDUE THAT HAS BLENDED INTO THE PAPER- THIS WILL NOT COME OUT WITHOUT DAMAGE TO THE CARD. THANK YOU DICK TOWLE " GONE WITH THE STAIN CO". |
