USPS theft

As I stated before; I am not very concerned about losing the card. It was going to be a gift for my nephew who has become interested in the Colgan's as he has watched me attempt to put together my set. I really would like to catch the individual (especially if he/she is working at my local post office) so this is less likely to happen again.

I have already contacted the couple local card dealers who are friends of mine. If the thief is stupid enough to go the internet route please let me know if you see this card:
