Partnering On Auction Lots

I am no lawyer but I would hope "intent" has something to do with it (and it very well might not). If the intent is to win the lot and each take part for their collection then that is one thing. If the intent is to ONLY keep the price down, then that might be another. I would be careful what you say publicly regardless of intent. I remember 8 yrs ago (I think the statute of limitations is 7 yrs >
