I assume that like the Fro-Joy cards, the Ruth Candy cards were frequently (and skillfully?) counterfeited. Hadn't heard about PSA not grading them anymore, but that doesn't surprise me given that. No offense to the shop owner, but I'd stay away from this one unless there's impeccable provenance. |
