I don't have a list, but there are quite a few other cards that "should have been", even after Topps got its monopoly in 1956. The most famous are Stan Musial (no 1956-57 or regular 1958) and Ted Williams (1959-60). One that you never hear mentioned is Frank Robinson in 1976 - still an active player, but no card. It also would have been nice to see Dick Allen on a 1977 Topps card as a member of the A's. |
