John, That is the same exact textured type of linen material that exists on the card I posted. Is there any way to reach the collector who contacted you. His copy is autographed, lending a bit of creedence to the fact that this might be an uncatalogued regional issue of some kind. Thank you very much for posting this card, I am thinking it is the same size as the Henry Jordan! Frank
