I had this same issue come up not too long ago. I had to contact Mastro and personally request the video hilite for a past auction. A I recall, it took about a week or so unitl I they burned a copy on DVD and mailed it out to me. I don't know if you would use the same contact person I used as the "Mastro" company has changed and is no longer in business. In any case, good luck.
