This bat does have a hologram sticker on the barrell. The bat was provided by David's wife.

The Mothers Day Bats were auctioned off by MLB about a month ago with a starting bid of $300.00. Since Eckstein is a fairly popular player, that bad would have been auctioned for between $400 to $500. The hologram on the bat is nice, but I'd have Eckstein's wife write a nice little letter about the donation and have her sign it.

Just so your bidders are clear, the hologram means it's been authenticated by Major League Baseball. MLB doesn't give COAs, just the hologram.
