When I was talking 200-400 my guess, on the lower end, my guess was based on cards that look much worse than the one above with some paper gone. I am talking about really well loved cards, totally creased up with mold and pieces missing to boot. A nice poor conditioned card could look like a vg on the front with a spec of paper loss on the back (even on a blank back for crying out loud!!). And I would think that PR card would sell for closer to a gd+ card..The lower the grade the more the relativity. It could be a neat project.....
