I have a 1968 bat at my office, if I recall the year correctly. The signatures on mine are all but gone. A number of these bat displays were made for each year.

On the other hand, the 2009 team signed bat I bought at the charity auction at Saturday night's game has perfectly present (if mostly illegible) signatures
