Patrick,
I've only got one Home Run Kisses card...and it also has the Bardell Sepia back.
I've often wondered about the details concerning that back... Thanks for bringing this post up...

I have 6 HRK's and all have the regular Bardell back except one has the ad back.

Heitmuller won the PCL batting title in 1912 posthumously (if I remember correctly at least)
