Bob- I've got the variations in single cards as well, if you need scans of those are bigger scans of the sheet let me know.
It seems pretty easy to see where they overprinted the variations on the 2nd print run. But I can't see where they would cut out a card and strip in the "debt of gratitude" card. I've bought about a dozen complete sets and they seem pretty evenly split between the 2 sets of variation- if the "debt" card was in one press run or another it would seem to pop up at some point, and another card would be in shorter supply, but that has never happened. And the pops on the other cards are consistant, while the debt card has never been graded by either PSA or SGC.
