The St. Louis Browns pennant is indeed part of this set, which is from 1951. My Browns Pennant is currently stashed away, but is definitely part of this set. It is perhaps the rarest and toughest to acquire. Bob McCann sold one about 5 years ago for over $750.
All of the pennants have a rather bizarre mascot logo at the left and an "action" vignette in the middle (like the Indians pennant posted by Rob). The same artist who designed the pennants definitely did these pins. |
