Item 988 is also interesting. Unidentified are Hap Felsch (far right) and defense atty William Fallon, just left of Felsch.
Item 986 labeled Felsch and Riseberg - Riseberg is really Cicotte. Last edited by bmarlowe1; 12-03-2009 at 07:40 PM. |

This is my favorite lot. On so many levels. Poor taste combined with a misleading description -- it's got everything!

WOW!! $3500 & counting for a drain cover! Wish I had the other 5 so I could say I have a better chance of it being the right one!
I agree Jeff--very ambiguous listing at best!

Greg, that's exactly what I thought of when I read the description of the drain cover. Such glee in the description! Ahhh...money!

What's next I wonder? The baseball that killed Ray Chapman? The one that struck Herb Score, or Tony Conigliaro? Juan Marichal's bat? Ray Fosse's blood-splattered uniform?

No, the baseball that may have killed Ray Chapman, the one that may have struck Herb Score, or Tony Conigliaro, the bat that may have been Juan Marichal's and possibly Ray Fosse's uniform.

You would think Josh would have had the good sense to turn down that lot.
