Not an expert on Frank Baker, especially his early signatures, but this one looks to be signed post playing days. He did sign several different ways. Franklin Baker, J. Franklin Baker, Frank Baker, Frank "home run" Baker, etc.
The Frank in yours shows consistencies with others I've seen...the Baker does too although I've seen a few variations in that part of his name over the years.
