If you give me your email, I will send you some information which will answer your question. Tim Newcomb wrote articles on the T207 set in VCBC #37 & 38 (Feb 2004) where he covers both back scarcity and player scarcity. Both would be good reference sources. I picked up my copies of this article on eBay. You should be able to find both issues for about $10 each.
