In the spirit of the Holiday Season, this was a wonderful year for collecting and for making some friends via this forum. 2009 was great for buying, selling, and trading alike. I acquired some amazing new pieces, sold some things I never thought I'd part with, and made some great trades along the way.
But most importantly, I got to know and make friends with some people within the hobby that would not have happened without the help of this site. I don't have a favorite piece, but here's a "top 5"... It's a Cubs Pennant from the days when they were a feared opponent. There's no question that the ferocious/realistic early Bear mascot was better karma than the cute/cuddly Cubbie mascots of the past 60 years. Perhaps that's the reason for their demise!
