From my notes, the first time that Cobb was offered as a subject in the W600 series was October 19, 1907.

So, in my opinion, his W600 along with the postcards listed above could certainly be considered Cobb's rookie card as they were all first issued in 1907.

I am not sure when the Novelty Cutlery postcard was first issued.

Wow, Jeff. Nice Cobb cards. I collect Exhibits, but now am going to have to consider going after some of the older PC's.

i don't collect PCs or box cutouts, and i have an e101 cobb...so yea i would consider the e101 his true rookie card (along with the lesser popular e92/e102/e95/e90-1).

edit: yea forgot about the w600, that would be a cool 1st card of cobb.

Quan, I agree, once you start going to cards and not PCs, all of those you mentioned are pretty difficult to determine which was certainly first.
