Great!!! Sounds like eBay just VALIDATED this scam artist.
He lists THE SAME cards over and over again. eBay comes in and NOW takes the Ruth out (which the seller had listed before and said NOTHING about his account being hijacked) and also has his negative Feed back removed. So NOW the scam artist has 100% Feed Back and can say his listings are legit because eBay fixed the problem with the Ruth he had listed (multiple times). I would LOVE to have the money to bid on and buy one of the OTHER cards he has listed (but probably doesn't own). Then, when he has problems delivering that card, I could sue him for not delivering on his contract and eBay for validating him as a seller and backing him when he said he has these cards.
