Gary, that's some very impressive artwork! Are those original designs or vintage? I don't believe I've ever seen a Negro League scorecard before that actually had artwork on the cover, but I haven't seen too many. A couple years ago I was offered an old Reds scorecard and I noticed the lineup included Roy Hobbs. It was a prop from "The Natural" movie ...

Thanks Chris, no they are designed by me to look like they were from that time period (1944-45). Most Negro League teams used generic scorecards or just appropriated the scorecards used by the team who's stadium they were using like the NY Giants or Yankees with their lineups inside. For the movie they wanted something with more visual "pop" to it so I designed each one as period appropriate as possible. Each one is 8 pages with loads of ads and the lineups for each team.
