Other beautiful/difficult Planks. Either of these, along with the E104's, would be the most similar to the T206 as they too have blue backgrounds:

D359 (Williams & Rochester Baking)
T208 Fireside (this is probably the most expensive)

It seems like to me the M116 Sporting Life or E95 are the least expensive route to a T206-like pose of Plank.

I have seen an SGC 70 M116 Sporting Life listed for $1250, and a PSA 7 for $2400. Any idea if these listings are anywhere near what these cards would go for at auction?

VCP avgs. SGC70 = $921.00 PSA7 = $1265

If those are ebay BINs I imagine that they are a bargain!

The 1911 Diamond Gum Pins series also features the same Plank pose as the T206. Is it a Carl Horner portrait?

matt easy fix with the rose...soak it to get the photo and name off...buy a a NRMT common...repeat above step...affix the plank onto the NRMT mount.

(sell the common with the pinhole to recoup back some money)

Quan - That's pretty sneaky; I never even contemplated that could be done with Rose PCs - I'd hope people wouldn't do that, but knowing our hobby, I'm sure it happens.

Leon - the E104 appears to be a different pose of Plank (albeit still a portrait).

I was only going by what the original poster put in his post. To paraphrase-

E95 Philadelphia Caramel
M116 Sporting Life
