I represent Dave in civil matters only. And last time I checked, Dave Forman wasn't the target of a two year criminal grand jury probe. And he has never been arrested or convicted of a crime. Let's make a list of the other big names in the hobby to determine if they can say the same.

Far more crimes have been committed in this hobby than anyone will ever be charged with or even investigated for, so not sure that is a meaningful category.

Well, we have to start somewhere, don't we? Let's at least draw a line between those who have not been investigated or convicted and those who have. And the next group we can identify will be those who live in glass houses and throw stones. And then the next group will be those whose opinions are shaped solely by their financial interests. And sometimes the same people can be in all of these groups at once!

IMHO it's a meaningless distinction, in this context. A few people happen to have been investigated for whatever reason, but that hardly says anything about the innocence of the uncharged criminals.
