I would easily pay a 2-3x premium for a baseball field that has Deadball Era ball players coming out of the adjacent corn to play ball on each day. call me crazy, but that seems like it's worth a few million!
Edited to add: and just think how much business you could funnel over Roach's corner for new signatures of dead ballplayers that are legitimate!

If Im gonna drop 5 million, it is NOT going to be for a bunch of corn rows in Iowa.
My opinion may be heresy, but that movie was remarkably over-rated. JMO. |

The book was 10 times better than the movie. I know that is often the case but the book is a must read, even if you have seen the movie.

A lot of that Corn looks trimmed not to mention OC...I think at best the land grades AUTH.
