Ebay Bucks- worth looking in to
Just a quick note to let any board member who is currently not using eBay bucks that he/she needs to sign up (it's free). It's not a huge saving but as you buy things on eBay, you get eBay buck money for each purchase. I was able to get $100 deposited in my Paypal account because of purchases I made this last couple of months so I heartily recommend looking in to it in these economic times.

Thanks
Do you get credit for auction purchases or fixed listings only?
Thanks

Earn on anything!
I think you earn bucks on anything you buy on ebay, auction or fixed. Bing cashback is only earned on Buy It Now, but it is ending at the end of this month.

you get a credit every 90 days to spend on an ebay purchase. (auction/buy-itnow)
the credit is a percentage of the dollar value of items you have bought. |

Scott- no, you just go to the eBay page and sign up. Actually you don't have to spend the ebay bucks on new purchases. It goes in to your Paypal account and although I spent mine on new purchases, I think you can simply withdraw the money out and send it to your bank account if you want to do that.

tbob i think you're mistaking ebay bucks for the various rebate sites out there. ebay bucks can only be used to purchase stuff on ebay, it doesn't go to your paypal like bing/ebates etc.

You may be right because I have always used my ebay bucks toward new purchases. It's still a great idea and every little bit helps these days.

I have been using Ebay Bucks for many months. You earn 2% back on all purchases at the end of the quarter. You must be invited by Ebay to join. I will receive my $115.70 from the previous quarter tomorrow.
You can earn: * Up to $200 eBay Bucks on any single eBay purchase. This means that if the eBay Bucks earn percentage is 2% and the purchase price (excluding tax, shipping fees) is in excess of $10,000, you would be restricted from earning any more eBay Bucks for that purchase beyond the $200 eBay Bucks purchase earn limit. * Up to $500 eBay Bucks for all qualifying purchases during a given calendar quarter. This means that if the eBay Bucks earn percentage is 2% and the total value of qualifying purchases exceeds $25,000 during a given calendar quarter, you would be restricted from accumulating any more eBay Bucks beyond the $500 eBay Bucks quarterly earn limit.
