totally agree with you on the pink color for the 59s...but I would argue the reverse and say that the pink background T206s are rather austere looking...not sure if that is the right word, but they seem uniquely cool...

I'd probably just have to start a thread on ugliest background colors and/or card designs. I was going to start a poll, but I couldn't think of a real good way to set it up since there are so many colors and I think the design of the card has almost as much influence.

When you see something like those buried in a box of ephemera at an auction you don't pass them up. I was just lucky that nobody else there knew their value.
