When I was doing the Topps Heritage sets in 2001/2002, Burbank was always the largest seller on Beckett.com. They had literally a million+ items listed individually there. I'm sure they have a bank of computer people just entering this stuff into their system. I'm sure it's served them well (see 218K feedback) but it takes the personal touch out of things. They were also basically AT Beckett prices. Nothing less. So that was also a little thing that got me. I would use them as a very last resort purely based on price if I needed a single card or two. Guess everyone has their niche.... |
