My favorite was the Babe Ruth Boston photo labeled as 1910's but I believe it is actually from 1914 his Rookie season. I think that someone got a very good deal at $2,700+ as I could not afford to go above $2K after all of my spending recently at the National, etc.

Also liked the 1953 Kaline but fell short on that one also.

I won the photo with Alexander in the House of David uniform. Won it for a fraction of what my snipe was set for, too. He had some great ones. Glad to see board members snatching them up. Pretty good bargains on a lot of them, I thought.

Like a few other comments, great photos as usual from Henry's auctions...no winnings for me this time around. Maybe next time.

i got the Feller Ruffing All star for just over 60 and the 1936 team giants the same....late bids...

i thought both went for a good price
