Very cool Scott...
Vander Meer tossed his consecutive no-hitters in '38, so it makes perfect sense that Huskies would use him to promote their product during this time-frame. It all fits! That cereal must have been real garbage to vanish after just 2 years... especially considering that Post apparently promoted it well.
