I would have contacted her before she tried to sell it again to let it be known that this isn't fair and there are steps that you can take as a buyer to do your best to make her go through with the transaction. After all, it's not like she is trying to sell a $10,000 for $1. Ebay gives all the power to the buyer in the fact that she can't do anything as far as negative feedback toward her and I honestly think she deserves it.
