Is the 1971 Topps Luke Walker card a miscut card that has a portion of "Pirates" cut off at the top of the card or is it a printing flaw card that is missing a portion of "Pirates" because of a lack of yellow ink? Can you show a scan of it?

On the subject of a pure misprint--a miscut, missing ink, bad registration, etc.--to attract collector interest the item has to be bad, a real novelty for a collector who is already interested in the issue. These are examples of what I mean:
