I think the $75-$100 price for the Indians is a bit high. Though you don't see these often, their relative scarcity isn't reflected in their price. Because of the small size and lack of "wow" appeal, I'd place a value of $40-$60, and to fetch the high end of that range, the pin would have to have its paper insert.
Here's my blue version of the Indians pin: Edited to add: After comparing my blue pin to the red Indians pin above, I see that the fonts are a bit different. The paper insert on mine is for The Favorite Cigarettes, which might explain the slight difference.
