I spoke with Dave yesterday and he said his first auction had somewhat of a different closing style and there might have been some kind of hiccup in the new software. He is trying to make it simpler this time. From what that says I believe each lot will close exactly like it says, every 30 seconds. I am sure there can be more clarification soon and well before the close. regards

I probably over stepped my boundaries just a little bit to help, already. I will make sure Dave is notified to clarify this in the next few days. We have plenty of time. I really don't want to speak for him.
