An interesting side note you may or may not know. The show is held at Moeller High school which is where both Barry Larkin and Griffey Jr. went.

Thanks for that interesting bit of info. I will be looking for prewar at the show and I will be looking for some Kahn's cards of Johnny Edwards who I have started collecting of late, and maybe a nice 1953 topps Satchel Paige.

I just got an email from Buckler cards saying they will not be at the show this weekend. I hope there will still be some other pre war cards for sale at the show. I wouldn't mind finding a few 1938-39 Harry Hartman reds cards. I really like that set. I am not so much a fan of the 1940 set, it looks a lot like the 1939 playball cards which is fine but every card is a face shot in that issue. I prefer the action poses of the 38-39 issue.
