Default 1981 Fleer Superstar stickers

Yes, Fleer had the do-it-yourself sticker offer in 1981. The collectors' issue Mantles, Mattinglys, Boggs, etc. are mentioned on Page 786 of the 2011 Standard Catalog.

Default Topps 1971 Winners set

Bob---what about the 1971 Topps Winners cards or "set". ? Did that involve some contest to get your kid on a baseball card ? Not sure if anyone could do it or you had to be a "winner". Also, do you know if there is a checklist of any kind, even partial, to the 71 set, or the 79, or the 81 Fleer "set" ?

I always viewed those types of cards as impossible to accurately checklist, so I never attempted to do so.

Thanx,

Default Winners

Doug---thanks for the checklist. I should have checked Dave's blog. He is "deep" into anything Topps

I will check with Bob Fisk to see if he has any not on your list.

Doug,

That's the same checklist that I have. I still in need of April Bole, which sounds a bit perverted except for the fact that she'd be 48 or so now.

Bob
