I have all of my pennants hung with rigid top loaders. I use the interlocking adhesive hangers that they sell at Michael's, which are great because you can pop a pennant off and back on the wall very easily. They aren't that cheap, but I think well worth it. I have my nicer Philadelphia Eagles pennants hung horizontally across my basement. Then I have my more common, newer type Eagles pennants hung vertically across the bottom of my basement wall.
