It appears that after the last "5" in the model number their is a registered trademark symbol known as a rabol (an R in a circle.) If that is the case, there is no need to go any further because that was not used until the 1960's.

The stitching and hole punch size doesn't looks 40's. And the quality of the black stamping looks very 1960s-1970s to me.

Thank you, Brandon. That was my initial suspicion even though I know absolutely nothing about baseballs.

Seems like an early 70's or late 60's baseball to me. I know Morales is a piece of crap, but my god, those signatures are horrific.

Yeah that registered trademark "R" in a circle is a giveaway. I was trying to look it up this AM when i saw the posting but couldn't find it in time and had to leave for work. i knew that was a fairly modern thing. Is that for sure that it started in the '60's?
